She oversees all our practices for people, management of people along with Talent Management and the development of culture. Annmarie Fairweather is an experienced Human Resources Leader with over 30 years' experience. She worked with top executives in different industries to improve the performance of their businesses, particularly during rapid growth. She has been a trusted consultant who has assisted in translating the goals of an organization and their strategies into the people and business strategy by focusing on engaging employees and managing change. She has a passion for learning and sees management and team building as her greatest advantage. Her broad experience with smaller and mid-sized companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders that have demonstrated success and results has created organizational cultures that embodied changes and learning to improve the performance of teams as well as organizations. While Annmarie is inspired to dedicate her time and talent in helping to further the mission of Learning Ally, she is currently providing support to several non- profit organisations in her spare time. As part of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee Annmarie has committed the time and energy she has to supporting Learning Ally's mission.
